Order Confirmation Email
When you have placed an order with Child’s Play Nursery, you will receive an Order Confirmation email which summarises your order, billing and shipping details. If any of the information is incorrect, you need to contact Child’s Play Nursery within 24 hours.
If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email, you may have entered an incorrect email address. Please contact Child’s Play Nursery if you do not receive an order confirmation email.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, this must be done as soon as possible and via email. If Child’s Play Nursery does not receive the cancellation request in writing, your order will be dispatched.

Payment Methods
We accept credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), Pay Pal, money order, direct deposit or bank cheque.
If payment is made by money order or bank cheque, goods will be dispatched when the money order or bank cheque is cleared.

Pricing
Prices are in Australian dollars. Refer to an exchange rate website for currency conversion.

Opening Hours
Online orders can be placed at anytime. To contact staff at Child’s Play Nursery, we are open Monday-Friday 9-5pm. Emails are checked regularly and responded to within 24 hours.

Returns and Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange the item/s, provided:
All items are unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unsoiled
All items are in their original packaging and all tags are attached
All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Email Child’s Play Nursery at info@childsplaynursery.com.au for instructions on returning items.
It is recommended you return your items via registered post or express post. Child’s Play Nursery will not be held responsible for any product lost or damaged in transit.
Exchanges and refunds are not applicable for custom made items unless they are deemed faulty.
