Incorrect delivery address details will incur a re-dispatch fee and delivery charges paid for the original dispatch will not be refunded.

Parcels will be delivered by Australia Post or a courier service during business hours
Goods must be signed for by the customer. If the customer is unavailable for a signature at the time of delivery, an information card will be left with instructions on how to collect the parcel. If the customer does not respond to the instructions, the parcel will be returned to Child’s Play Nursery and re-dispatch fees will be payable.

Notification of faulty, damaged or incorrect goods must be received within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Instructions on how to return goods can be obtained by contacting info@childsplaynursery.com.au . For more information, refer to our Terms and Conditions for exchanges and refunds. Delivery dispatch time is between 2-10 days. Next day delivery is also available. Please contact Child's Play Nursery for express post rates.
